Cancellation Policy

Summit Scent Co. Workshop Cancellation & Liability Policy By purchasing a ticket or reserving a seat in a Summit Scent Co. candle-making workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel their workshop reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are non-refundable. However, guests may request to reschedule to another available workshop date, subject to availability. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits. Summit Scent Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Liability Waiver Participants understand that candle-making involves the use of hot wax, heated equipment, fragrance oils, and other materials that may pose a risk of burns, allergic reactions, or other minor injuries. By attending a Summit Scent Co. workshop, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Summit Scent Co., its owner Aida Babic, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and heirs from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the workshop, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or allergic reactions. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop. Summit Scent Co. reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone not following safety guidelines. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
